Sport Neutral + Sport Specific Training Program Half-Regimen
Our Training Regimens are divided into a binary of Sport Neutral Training (SNT) such as speed development, vertical and longitudinal jumps, acceleration/deceleration and the Sport Specific Training Program consisting of Route Running for wide receivers in football, Hitting and throwing mechanics for baseball athletes, Ball handling and shooting mechanics for basketball athletes and more. Choose your preferred developmental focus point and let’s get to work!
3-4 sport specific + sport neutral training sessions per week

Subscriptions can be cancelled by client using the client portal at any point and athletes can re-enroll at any point as well. REFUNDS will only be granted due to injury, terminal illness or relocation. Refunds will not be granted for athletes that elect not to attend due to scheduling conflicts as they have the ability to cancel at any point as stated above.
Equivalent to the Elite Training Regimen but for athletes with tighter schedules, this package consist of access to approximately 2-3 sessions per week.
